Come join us for an evening like non other built to restore your mind body and spirit back into balance. You can look forward to this event at least 1/month here at The Yoga Barre. During this 90 minute session you will be guided through a 45 min deeply relaxing and restorative yoga experience that will transition into a group acupuncture session also focused on deep relaxation and restoration. Classes are designed to help you find deep and healing relaxation, a practice of self care that we often overlook. Imagine laying in blankets and pillows fully supported and totally relaxed, guided through meditations of deep relaxation, essential oils, and acupuncture to match the theme of class. If you have never done acupuncture no problem! Our Acupuncture specialist, Jeff Olson from Washougal Acupuncture and Massage will ease you in as little and as slowly as your comfortable. Even if that means just using his finger for a moment of brief pressure point work with out the needle ;-)

The Yoga Barre classes are known for being empowering, effective and fun and are a dynamic fusion of fitness styles including ballet, Pilates, and yoga. In this teacher training you will learn a fun and upbeat sequence, elements of all 3 fitness styles mentioned, proper alignment, modifications, good cues for clarity, and how to create and sequence a great class with killer music.
By the end of our barre teacher training you will have all of the tools you'll need to be a polished instructor, be fully prepared to teach a fluid and fun barre class, and have a stellar community of empowering women supporting you on your journey as you move forward.
