Intro to Meditation

Come join us for a special version of restorative yoga.  We will start class with a brief discussion of what meditation is, how to do it, and how its so impactful.

You will learn up to 6 forms of meditation during this class, all with a focus of deep relaxation, set to the mood of soft music, a dark room, and candle light.
