Babies 'n Barre is a babywearing “Mommy and me” style exercise class designed for mommas and their babies.
Come as you are, momma hair and all and get your body moving! This class is a combo of ballet, pilates and yoga movements specifically with moms in mind. You will strengthen your core, and pelvic floor, increase flexibility, tone your arms, legs, booty and more! AND you get to spend 45 min bonding with your baby.
No prior dance or pilates experience is required to participate in class. Just come, have fun, meet some other moms, love on yourself, love on your baby, and have fun!
