Class will start with ease and focus on the breath releasing the week that's behind you. Moving into a flow to unlock anything that's stuck, to feel the love in your muscles, and become fully present in your practice. Class will end with a long easy stretch and restorative sequence ending in the sweet sweet bliss of shavasana.

Babies 'n Barre is a prenatal and postnatal babywearing “Mommy and me” style exercise class designed for mommas and their babies. Whether your baby is still in your belly, or now in your arms, you will love this fun loving class!
Come as you are, momma hair and all and get your body moving! This class is a combo of ballet, pilates and yoga movements specifically with moms in mind. You will strengthen deep core, and pelvic floor, increase flexibility, tone your arms, legs, booty and more! AND you get to spend 45 min bonding with your baby.
No prior dance or pilates experience is required to participate in class. Just come, have fun, meet some other moms, love on yourself, love on your baby, and have fun!
